LeBron James and the Philadelphia 76ers had a live stream for their Blue X White Scrimmage on Friday, and it was a big hit for everyone. It gave the fans a glimpse into what the team can bring to a massive 2026-27 campaign.
Before the starters and reserves were jumbled throughout the rotation, the 76ers showcased their tremendous starting five of James, Tyrese Maxey, V.J. Edgecombe, Jaylen Brown, and Joel Embiid. They have proven that the starting lineup is worth the hype, but it seems the 76ers have more to offer.
LeBron James is pumped for the 76ers' 2026-27 season
It is hard not to be excited for the 76ers, especially for their fans. With James and Brown joining their roster, they have two bonafide superstars who can carry the team's offense when needed.
However, the 76ers still have more firepower beyond them with Maxey, Embiid, and even Edgecombe. This team is scary because they have impressive depth and a head coach who has become a proven winner.

After the 76ers showcased what they can do in the scrimmages, the team becomes even more dangerous. It will be quite a challenging matchup for any team, and LeBron and his teammates are chomping at the bit to play regular season basketball.
"It was great, obviously; it was fun to play in front of our Philly faithful. To be able to take what we've done to the practice floor and bring it to the game... It was a great first step in the direction that we want to go," James said in his press conference after the scrimmage.
Now, the 76ers seem focused and ready to prove that they are one of the best teams in the league. It will be quite a challenge for them to beat out all the other elite teams, but with James' leadership, anything is possible.
